I been a customer for more then 5 years. Every time any repairs are done I have to come back for more fixing.

But hourly charge is $120 per hour. Last time on 02/06/2017 was told it will take 4 hours , after 2 hours the repairs was done. When I question , she game hard time to my question. Today I have to come back againe because my oil light is on.

I am very disappointed with the service. Every time I come I fill I been ripped off. I will inquire about security cameras in the service aria to see how many mechanics wore fixing my car. The advisers are such a liers.

Thay don't even check if repair needs to be done. Thay agree to anything to ripped you off.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $240.

Plaza Auto Mall Cons: To be taken being overcharged and not perform quality, I had comeback.
